The total area of Rabigh CIP is 240 hectares, including 160 hectares for the use of industrial tenants and 70 hectares for a zone designated for utilities, logistics and other common services. The dimensions of a typical plot are 100 meters (width) by 50 meters (depth). The current plot size can be modified according to the needs of tenants.

Each tenant will be provided with power (13.8 kV), water (desalinated) and telecommunications. Power and water will be sourced from captive facilities at PETRORabigh. Arrangement will also be made for the joint procurement of outsourced services, such as solid waste management, wastewater, warehousing, shipping, etc.

Provision of all the infrastructure and services is not for profit, and charges to the tenants are made only to cover the investment costs of operation expenditures.
